What I have heard from my dad goes as follows:
It’s not so easy to reach such a level without super hard work.
My dad has worked in many companies and interacted with many senior people and owners, he has never seen a person like Mr. Mukesh Ambani.
He works about 18 hours a day.
He goes in every minute details of the business. Just for your information, he has seen each and every tab and layout of their MyJio app.
He is very sincere and doesn’t have any ego, he does not hesitate to talk and interact with any employee in the company regardless of their position.
He always has a very distinct vision in life. When Jio was getting launched he told the core team to be ready for acquiring 200 million customers in 2–3 years. At that time many of the senior leaders were shook when they heard this but he has achieved this goal and startled everyone.
He is very humble and respects all the employees and is always open to discuss the views with the team.
During this lockdown, my dad was working in my room because we had a power problem in the other room and he was attending an online meeting with Mr. Mukesh Ambani discussing broadband rollout plans. I heard Mr. Ambani talking non-stop for almost 5 hours. He has detailed knowledge of each and every area of the workflow.
He has proven that getting money is NOT hereditary.
People might claim that he earned the money from his father but when you look at the two Ambani brothers you can see a distinct difference. One has led the business into the ground while one is climbing the ladder for the title: World’s richest man.
In a nutshell, a man with passion, dedication, and determination to achieve big dreams.
